Salquenen is a wine-growing village located between Sierre and the Finges forest. It boasts an incomparable terroir with limestone soils and sun-scorched hillsides that are renowned for presenting ideal conditions for Pinot Noir breeding.

Since 2012, the Sedun-based winery Les Fils de Charles Favre has been supporting Terre des hommes Valais with its Vin Cœur vintages. This range, created with the aim of supporting La Maison in fulfilling its mission, enables 2.- to be donated with the purchase of each bottle.

The Collection F, the jewel in our crown, brings together top-of-the-range vintages from our own estates. “F” stands for Favre, of course, but also for finesse, favor and flower, as these are the jewels of our production.

Since 1959, Fendant Dame de Sion has become a benchmark brand. This simple, clear beverage with a hint of sparkle is the aperitif wine par excellence, and has become a timeless favorite that appeals to all generations. The happy marriage of terroir and grape variety (Chasselas) gives this fendant all the qualities of a great white wine.

Launched in 1959, the Hurlevent range is the oldest in our cellar. With its twenty or so crus, it brilliantly embodies the diversity of grape varieties and specialities typical of the Valais. The high quality of all these wines expresses our long experience in winemaking.

Created in 2004 to mark the 65th anniversary of the winery, Favi is a wine of elegant character, powerful and balanced, with varied olfactory and gustatory notes.

This barrel-aged cru is a blend of noble red grape varieties (Merlot, Diolinoir and Syrah). It’s a wine that’s charming in its youth, but will keep its promise when aged.

This typically Valaisan cru has a straightforward nose that reveals a blend of Morello cherry, red fruit and smoky notes.

This traditional blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay brings out notes of fresh strawberry-raspberry fruit.
